    • BUL FC vs Bugoigo Leopards FC – Gaddafi Arena
    • Police vs Bright Stars – Kavumba
    • Calvary vs Lugazi
    • Kataka vs Odramachako Central FC

BUL FC will be aiming for a place in the Uganda Cup Round of 16 when they host lower-division side Bugoigo Leopards FC at the Gaddafi Arena on Monday evening.

The Eastern Giants, who have had an impressive start to the second round of the Uganda Premier League, will be eager to carry their momentum into the cup competition. They are coming off back-to-back league victories over Mbale Heroes and Express FC.

Despite facing a second-division opponent, BUL head coach Abbey Bogere Kikomeko has emphasized that his team will not take Bugoigo Leopards lightly.

“We are playing a lower-division team, but we shall not underrate them. We are going to give our best, just like we have done in the previous games,” he told the club’s media team.

With the league title now seemingly out of reach, BUL FC is expected to shift its full focus to the Uganda Cup in pursuit of silverware this season. To reach this stage, they secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Garuga Stars, courtesy of an Ibrahim Orit strike.

Meanwhile, Bugoigo Leopards, a relatively unknown force in this competition, will be looking to cause an upset against the Eastern Giants. The Kitara Regional League side booked their place in the Round of 32 after edging out Big League outfit Booma FC 1-0. They will be hoping to build on that victory as they prepare for a tough test against BUL FC.
