KCCA FC will look to continue their impressive start to the Uganda Premier League season when they face Bright Stars at Kavumba Recreation Ground on Tuesday.
The Kasasiro Boys have won two and drawn one of their first three matches, showcasing their dominance in the league.
Bright Stars, on the other hand, have struggled to find their footing, with just two points from three games.
However, they will be determined to secure their first victory of the campaign against a KCCA side that has been in excellent form.
KCCA head coach Abdallah Mubiru has urged his players to maintain the same level of performance they displayed in their previous match against Kitara.
While Mubiru acknowledges the challenge of playing on short rest, he is confident that his team is physically and mentally prepared for the encounter.
The Kasasiro Boys will be without several key players, including Etienne Katenga, Julius Poloto, Steven Munguchi, and Usama Arafat.
However, KCCA’s depth and quality should allow them to cope with the absences.
In their previous 22 meetings, KCCA has a clear advantage over Bright Stars, with 13 wins, three losses, and six draws.
The Kasasiro Boys will be aiming to extend their dominance in this fixture and solidify their position at the top of the league table.
