Kyaggwe is set to take on Buddu in the 2024 Buganda Masaza Cup at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole, on Saturday, November 2, 2024.
Ssaza Kyaggwe will be playing the fans’ Masaza Cup final for the first time in the tournament since its existence.
Kyaggwe edged Buweekula 2-1 on aggregate to reach the final after playing two end-to-end thrilling encounters.
Kyaggwe will lock horns with Buddu, which ejected Kyadondo in other end-to-end encounters.
Buddu secured a well-deserved 3-1 against Kyadondo in the first leg played at Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku, before the one-all draw at Kitovu Arena.
Buddua has marked its name in history books after qualifying for the seventh final of the prestigious campaign.
The tournament will return to Uganda’s football shrine Namboole for the first time since 2019 before it was closed.
Bulemeezi are the reigning champions of the Masaza Cup, but they faced a tough 2024 campaign since they failed to go out of the group.
