Kampala Queens extended their dominance in the Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League with a commanding 3-0 victory over Wakiso Hill SS Women on Saturday morning at St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.

After a tightly contested first half ended goalless, the league leaders found their breakthrough in the 71st minute when Peace Muduwa calmly slotted home. Catherine Nagadya doubled the lead just eight minutes later, before Nandede Zainah sealed the emphatic win in the 85th minute, widening their lead at the top of the table to nine points.

Wakiso Hill, anchored at the bottom of the standings, struggled to contain Kampala Queens’ relentless attacking force. The visitors were outplayed in possession and struggled to create clear-cut chances, further sinking into relegation danger.

With this victory, Kampala Queens move closer to securing the league title, maintaining an impressive run of form.

    Elsewhere in the League

Tooro Queens kept their survival hopes alive with a crucial 1-0 win over Lady Doves in Fort Portal, thanks to a decisive strike from Katusiime Everyn. Meanwhile, Amus College and Olila High School battled to a 1-1 draw as the race for the top spots remained intense.
