Former UPDF FC, Vipers SC, and KCCA FC left-back Issa Mubiru has officially signed with UPPC FC, formerly known as Gaddafi FC. The club makes its return to the Uganda Premier League after a season away.
Mubiru joins the “Printers” on a two-year contract and reunites with former KCCA FC tactician, Coach Abdullah Mubiru, alongside Coach Livingstone Mbabazi on the technical bench.
