Former KCCA defender Rogers Atube joins Uganda Premier League entrants Lugazi FC.
The transfer was confirmed via the club’s official website.
“We are pleased to confirm the signing of Rogers Atube from KCCA,” the statement partly reads.
Atube has joined Lugazi on a two-year employment contract that will keep him at the club until 2025.
The versatile defender joined KCCA in September 2022 from the second-tier Lugazi side, where he hit the stage by storm.
Atube has previously played for Ndejje University, Gulu United, and Football for Good Academy.
He becomes Lugazi’s ninth signing as the club bolsters its squad for the upcoming season.
